Emergency Hub Demonstration Session
December 7th, 10 AM
The second Haller Lake Hub set up and practice session for all our neighbors is scheduled for December 7th at 10 AM, the same time as the Haller Lake Bazaar. While we all hope that an emergency hub is never needed, please stop by for a few minutes to learn about how you and your family might find it helpful in a disaster. Seattle Emergency Hubs is a volunteer driven effort to build upon the Katrina experience and help neighbors more quickly respond in a significant long-term emergency.
Looking for Volunteers
We will start when the bazaar starts (to set up) and end an hour before the bazaar ends (to debrief and put away). We want you! to take a role at the hub. All training will be provided. To sign up, please go to the Haller Lake Emergency Hub Open House signup page. For questions, please contact the Hub Captain, Jeff Silverman, hallerlakehub@gmail.com.
