Registered non-profits enjoy a 30% discount with proof of status. This discount applies to the hourly rental rate. Cleaning fees and security deposits remain at standard rates.

HLCC Membership Discount: Members who have held an active membership for at least two are eligible for a 50% discount on the main Hall rental, and a smaller discount for the small room rentals. Cleaning fees and security deposits remain at standard rates.

Community-Wide Events: We are proud to offer free venue use for events that are open to the entire Haller Lake neighborhood. To qualify, events must be non-commercial, non-political, and have no entrance or membership fees. They will also be publicized on our website, social media, and newsletter.

Host your next community event or gathering at the HLCC

Our building is available for private events that don’t involve alcohol Thursday and Saturday evenings and all day Sunday. Upstairs, we have a large function room ("main hall") with a stage and available tables and chairs, a small side room ("Ray's Room") which can seat about 20, and a small kitchenette.  Downstairs, we have a small function room ("boardroom") which seats around 25 and also has a kitchenette, and a small dance studio. The main hall can seat up to 150 people, or around 80 at tables.  There is on-site parking for around 50 cars.

Our rental rates are in a table below.  Once per day there's also a $100 refundable security deposit, a $80 cleaning and opening fee, and a large-group fee.  The large-group fee is $100 for 50-100 and $200 for more than 100.

The smaller rooms  (Ray's Room, the Boardroom, and the lower dance studio) are available with a $100 refundable deposit and a small cleaning fee if needed.

Registered non-profit organizations are eligible for a 30% discount on one-time event rentals (proof of non-profit status is required).  We may host your event for free if it is open to everybody in the Haller Lake neighborhood, of broad interest, non-commercial, non-political, and there is no entrance charge or membership requirement.  You are still responsible for the cleaning and opening fees unless a member in good standing who knows how to clean up sponsors them.

Current members with a history of at least two years of membership in the last five years can get a 50% discount for events.  Life members can use the facility for a personal event up to once per year for free, and don't pay for cleaning if they clean up adequately.

Discounts apply only to the hourly rental, not the cleaning fee nor security deposit.

We do not allow smoking or vaping of anything on site.

We do not allow alcohol on site.

To protect the main hall's dance floor, we request no high heels, boots, or other hard-soled shoes.  Please don't serve staining (esp. red) drinks.
