My wife Margy and I have lived less than 2 blocks from the HLCC for almost 50 years, so we certainly know the neighborhood, and have enjoyed many activities at the community club. I would be happy to return the favor by helping arrange and coordinate building-related planning and maintenance or other similar tasks. (Keep in mind that I am 73 yrs old and am currently recovering from knee replacement surgery, so I won't be climbing 20 ft ladders or dancing on roofs as part of this responsibility). That being said, I am a former engineer (Margy is a retired architect) and have done many repair and replacement projects on our home, both major and minor.
