Community Yard Sale and Summer Craft Fair

Shopping, Food and Fun!
Shop local treasures from your neighbors in the back lawn behind the Community Center. There will be over 20 vendors selling all types of yard sale and crafts items; from fresh floral arrangements, crochet items, hand blown glass vases, jewelry and more! There will also be a snacks and refreshments stand. The craft fair will be held rain or shine.

We are looking for venders to help make this an awesome event! This is a great opportunity for anyone who makes handmade goods and for those who have yard sale items lying around the home. Purge your home and make some cash on the side!

Emergency Hub Demonstration
Did you know Haller Lake Community Club is a registered Emergency Hub location. We will have information and a demonstration during the yard sale event. This fantastic resource is an easy way to gain the skills to keep yourself and our community safe during the aftermath of a natural disaster. To play as a “survivor” come meet us at the Emergency Hub tent the day of the event. Learn more about Emergency Hub here. We are looking for volunteers during the day of the event, sign up here.
Looking for Staff: We need volunteer staff for two shifts. Shift #1 volunteers must arrive one hour before the yard sale for setup, while Shift #2 volunteers will stay one hour after the event ends. Laughter Wellness Class
Join your neighbors for our new monthly Laughter Wellness Class with Jessica Brustad, AKA “The Funny Yogi.” Jessica is a certified Laughter Yoga Leader who brings a playful blend of intentional laughter, mindful breathing, and light movement to help people reconnect with joy and strengthen community connection. No yoga mat, special skills, or prior experience required—just a willingness to show up and try something new. Happening on the first Saturday of every month from 5–6 PM, FREE and open to the public.
Dog Nail Trimming Day
Join your neighbors for a community Dog Nail Trimming held once a month at Haller Lake Community Club with Annalea Milligan of Seattle Nail Hound. Annalea brings a calm, gentle approach to helping dogs feel comfortable during routine nail trims, creating a low-stress experience for both pets and their people. Nails can be clipped, ground, or both for $20 per dog. Stop by to connect with fellow dog lovers and enjoy a fun, community-focused event. All dogs are welcome. No appointment needed—just bring your pup and stop by.

Green Community Group
Kippy Irwin and Mary Newbill are leading our Green Community Group meeting every second Tuesday of the month. We talk about sustainability issues around Haller Lake and form ideas and action items on how we can improve our community. If you are new and just wanto to listen in that's fine to. Come drop by, wea are always happy to see new people. Located in the downstairs Boardroom, past the downstairs bathrooms and through the kitchenette. Community Dance - Starting back up!
Community Dance is starting back up after our Summer break. Please note it will be held on the 3rd Saturday of every month. Enjoy reels, circles, contra and square dances with LIVE music by local musicians! This is an open band. Musicians are welcome to come and play along. Dances are taught on-the-spot by caller Sherry Nevins. The dances are easy and fun for all ages. No dance experience required or partner needed. Please consider a donation of $5 a child, and $10 an adult. Bing drinking water and a snack to share if you would like. For any questions feel free to email us.
