We do Event Hosting and Reoccuring Class Rentals
Our building is available for public and private events Thursday and Saturday evenings, and all day Sundays. With ample on-site parking for approximately 50 vehicles. Email us to confirm rental space availability. HallerLakeCC@gmail.com
We do not allow smoking or vaping on site.
We do not allow alcohol on site.
To protect the main hall's dance floor, we request no high heels, boots, or other hard-soled shoes.
Please don't serve staining drinks, especially red colored drink
Event Rooms and Rental Rates
Main Hall
Upstairs, we have a large function room with a stage and available tables and chairs. The main hall can seat up to 150 people, or around 80 at tables. This rental space comes with Ray's Room and the Kitchenette included.
$100 refundable security deposit

Large-group fee is $100 for 50-100 and $200 for more than 100.
Members rate: $60 per hour / $215 per 4 hrs
Nonprofit rate: $85 per hour / $300 per 4 hrs
Standard rate: $120 per hour / $425 per 4 hrs
Ray's Room
A large side room which can seat about 20, and a small kitchenette.
$100 refundable security deposit

Members rate: $20 per hour / $65 per 4 hrs
Nonprofit rate: $25 per hour / $85 per 4 hrs
Standard rate: $35 per hour / $125 per 4 hrs
Dance Studio
A small dance studio down stairs.

Boardroom
Downstairs we have a meeting room, which seats around 25 and also comes with a kitchenette.

Dicounts
Registered non-profits enjoy a 30% discount with proof of status. This discount applies to the hourly rental rate. Cleaning fees and security deposits remain at standard rates.
HLCC Membership Discount: Members who have held an active membership for at least two years are eligible for a 50% discount on the Main Hall.
Community Classes Rental Agreement: With Board approval, community classes and courses offered to the public do not pay a rental fee. Instead of paying a rental fee the instructor agrees to pay 30% of all gross earnings generated from the class or course. This agreement includes, no additional rental fees, and advertising on our website, social media, and newsletter.
Community-Wide Events: We are proud to offer free venue use for events that are open to the entire Haller Lake neighborhood. To qualify, events must be non-commercial, non-political, and have no entrance or membership fees. We will also have the option to post it on our website, social media, and newsletter.
